This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you may return an order placed with Official Core Peptides. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within [14 days] of delivery. To be eligible, you must contact us in advance to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, integrity, and regulatory reasons, the following cannot be returned once shipped:

• Any product with a broken seal, opened vial, or tampered packaging
• Reconstituted or previously stored peptides
• Products past their stated storage window at time of return request
• Sale or clearance items

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will issue an RMA number and return shipping instructions. Items sent back without an RMA number may be refused.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once an order has left our facility, it is treated as a standard return under Section 1 and 2 above.
